In order to ensure the interests of consumers, improve the quality of after-sales service, Kangen KTB Vietnam (KangenKTB.vn) will support customers to exchange new products of the same type if the product has a problem that cannot be overcome. immediately (due to manufacturer error).

Products can only be exchanged when all of the following conditions are met.

Products can only be exchanged when all of the following conditions are met.

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION:

  1. Products can only be exchanged right after customers check out incorrect information about the products they buy, distorted, old products, etc.
  2. The product is determined to have a technical error by our Technicians or the manufacturer.
  3. Received products are not form error (scratched, broken, dented, yellowed, …)
  4. Received products must be accompanied by all accompanying documents (purchase voucher, VAT invoice, warranty card, manual, catalog … if any)

CASE NOT ACCEPT CHANGE:

  1. You want to change the type and model.
  2. You do not comply with the requirements as required to enjoy the warranty (eg not sending warranty cards to the right place within the prescribed time)
  3. Customers self-affect to the outside of the product such as torn packaging, scratches, scratches, breaks, …
  4. The product has been checked and signed by you to confirm the condition, but then you request to return and exchange the goods due to appearance errors (scratches, dents, yellowing, breaks …).
  5. Constant return of goods in objective cases such as natural disasters, floods …. affect the product when the customer has received the goods.

PROCEDURES FOR HANDLING PROCEDURES FOR CHANGE RETURNS:

  2. After obtaining the certificate of status of goods damaged due to technical errors that cannot be repaired immediately, the exchange of goods will be done in accordance with the regulations of Kangen KTB Vietnam.
  3. The process of handling return or exchange procedures shall be carried out within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of sufficient information and papers as prescribed by customers.
